Strides Human Performance Institute is now offering a progressive functional ACL return to play program. The program was designed by one of our Performance Coaches, Andrew. Andrew is a Certified Athletic Trainer with experience in evaluating, treating, rehabilitating and preventing orthopedic injuries as well as guiding clients of all ages through strength and conditioning programs.

Labor Day – Monday September 7, 2015 NAC will be open 7am – 2pm. All classes are cancelled and child care will be closed. The Rockwall will not be staffed, but will be open to use if belay certified.
Beth will be starting a class Monday, September 14th – toning class 8:30-9:15am preceding her Step Class at 9:30am. This class will incorporate weights, balls, bands, etc! Also, appropriate for all levels! “Life’s too short to sweat the little stuff. Don’t get mad, just get going!”
