Your personal test data is captured by a computer, which then prints a detailed summary of your results with graphs and statistics that are informative and easy to understand. Your results show how you compare to the general population (by gender and age, using American College of Sports Medicine standards) and may help you target areas for special attention in your workout routine. You can take this binder home for review, or keep it on hand to track your progress over time.
