Make your workouts safer and more effective!
This two part workshop series focuses on the basic anatomy and physiology principles, along with proper alignment, to help create new routines, and to improve and maintain a higher level of fitness.
Session 1: Saturday January 28th 3-4:30pm
Session 2: Saturday February 4th 3-4:30pm
Rosalie has over 25 years of personal training experience. She currently teaches credited courses in Exercise and Sport Studies at Smith College. She is also involved in the Athletic Department, running a wellness/walking program for the Facilities Management employees. She has a deep love for sharing her knowledge of basic anatomy, movement science and alignment principles, seen through her classes here at NAC. Beyond her personal training she is also a Registered Nurse with medical, surgical and intensive care experience.
Cost: 15$ per workshop or $20 for both!
