• Updated Class Schedule

    The website’s Class Schedule is updated for Fall! Classes are a great way to motivate yourself & join a group to exercise with! Our awesome instructors put together classes ranging from Yoga, Pilates to TRX Boot Camp and Step Aerobics, etc. Check out our adjustments, including the addition of Toning & Flexibility with Beth, Cycle with Jamie and Power Vinyasa Yoga with Ali. We also have a printed version available at the Front Desk to take with you!

     

    We do our best to post class changes on the board outside the Aerobics Room, on the ‘Top Stories’ part of our website and also on our Facebook page, keeping you connected on any substitutions or class cancellations!
