    Personal Training Workshop with Rosalie Peri, CP, RN

    Make your workouts safer and more effective! This two part workshop series focuses on the basic anatomy and physiology principles, along with proper alignment, to help create new routines, and to improve and maintain a higher level of fitness. Session 1: Saturday January 28th 3-4:30pm Session 2: Saturday February 4th 3-4:30pm Rosalie has over 25
